Home Visit — TCM Care in the Comfort of Your Home
Home Visit Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine, Delivered to Your Door
For patients who are unable to travel — whether recovering from surgery, managing mobility issues, or caring for an elderly family member — our registered practitioners bring the same clinical standard of care from our Wimbledon clinic directly to your home. All equipment, including sterile single-use needles, is brought by our practitioner.
How Home Visit Acupuncture Works
- Enquire — Message us via WhatsApp with your address/area and a brief description of the condition, so we can confirm suitability and travel fee.
- Schedule — We’ll confirm an appointment time that works for you and your practitioner’s availability.
- Home consultation & treatment — Your practitioner arrives with all necessary equipment (needles, cupping sets, portable treatment table if required) and conducts a full consultation and treatment, just as thorough as an in-clinic visit.
- Herbal prescription (if needed) — If herbal medicine is recommended, this can be dispensed on the spot or delivered separately.
- Follow-up — Ongoing visits can be scheduled at a frequency suited to your recovery plan.
Home Visit Fees
The £100 fee covers your full consultation and treatment session (60–90 minutes). Travel fees vary by location and will be confirmed when you enquire — please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your address for an accurate quote. We recommend booking in advance, especially for ongoing rehabilitation courses.
Specialist Home Rehabilitation Programmes
Beyond general acupuncture and herbal treatment, our practitioners bring hospital-trained clinical experience to support patients through some of the most challenging recovery journeys — care that goes beyond what a typical community acupuncturist offers. All rehabilitation programmes are designed to complement, not replace, your ongoing medical treatment, and are coordinated with your existing care team where appropriate.
Oncology Recovery Support
Supportive care alongside your oncology treatment team.
▸ Learn More
Supportive TCM care for patients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, focused on managing treatment side effects (such as fatigue, nausea, and reduced appetite), supporting immune function, and improving overall quality of life — always alongside, and never as a replacement for, your oncology team's care.
Post-Stroke Rehabilitation
Acupuncture-led support for stroke recovery and mobility.
▸ Learn More
Acupuncture-led rehabilitation support for stroke recovery, drawing on clinical experience gained in hospital neurology/rehabilitation settings, to support motor function, mobility and daily living recovery as part of a coordinated rehabilitation plan.
Orthopaedic & Trauma Rehabilitation
Bone-setting and acupuncture for injury recovery.
▸ Learn More
Traditional Tit-tar (bone-setting) and acupuncture-based rehabilitation for injuries, fracture recovery, and musculoskeletal trauma — combining manual therapy techniques with herbal support to aid healing and restore mobility.
Pre & Postnatal Care
Safe, gentle care through pregnancy and beyond.
▸ Learn More
Gentle, safe acupuncture and herbal support through pregnancy (for common concerns such as nausea, back pain, and labour preparation) and postnatal recovery (including confinement-period care, lactation support, and physical recovery) — tailored to each stage of the journey.
Our practitioners bring real hospital clinical experience to this work — including time spent stationed at Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient clinics within Hong Kong’s Hospital Authority, and participation in the Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine (ICWM) Programme, providing acupuncture treatment to inpatients on hospital wards. This is in addition to full registration with ATCM (UK), BAcC, and CMCHK (Hong Kong) — a level of clinical background not typically found among general community acupuncturists.
